Saint-Laurent is giving adress from dais, many other dignitaries are visible behind him. The Prime Minister then invites the Honourable F Gordon Bradley to microphone. The latter answers Saint-Laurent's speech by expressing contentment of Newfoundland to be part of Canada as a province. Sequence include incidental shot of crowd listening to speech.
