Sir Wilfrid Laurier wreath: shot of man clearing snow from the base of Laurier's monument beside the east block of the Parliament Buildings. Prime Minister Saint-Laurent and another man bring a wreath to the monument, deposit it and retire for a moment of silence as other dignitaries stand by. This done, everybody leaves.
