JA Pat Sullivan, President of the union is present. Reverend Walsh, Jesuit chaplain reads address in honour of the men of the Merchant Marine who lost their lives during the War. Sailors present arms, dignitaries stand by, sailor blows bugle and man throws floral wreath into the water.
