The Royal party walks on the lawns of the University of Toronto where the Queen Elizabeth consort of George VI will present colours to the Toronto Scottish. Shots of Scottish soldiers on parade, of officer meeting the King George VI, of the Queen Elizabeth inspecting the ranks. Various shots of spectators (photographers amongst them). The regiment forms a hollow square, the senior major presents the colours to the Queen who, in turn, presents them to the senior Lieutenant. The Scots then play various ceremonial airs and cheer the Queen as she leaves the grounds.
