Shots of tremendous crowd at the Woodbine Racetrack there to witness the running of the King's Plate. The Royal Party parades in front of the stands to the cheers of the crowd and the King George VI and Queen Elizabeth consort walk amongst the people and step up on dais. Shot of the thirteen horses as they move towards the gate, of the start of the race and of the winner as he races in ten lengths ahead of the rest. The King and Queen mount the judges' stand and present the cup to the owner of the winning horse, George McCullough. Excellent LAS of the Royal Couple on the stand. Shot of them stepping down from the stand and walking to the landau.
