Three low altitude AERIAL SHOTs over Ho Chi Minh City (formerly known as Saigon) and its vicinity in Vietnam. TRAVELLING SHOTs from water of the floating pagoda (an artificial island) which is a religious sanctuary for the Coconut Religion and is located in the middle of the Mekong Delta in Vietnam, showing houses, slum-like buildings and a bell tower where monks say their prayers. Various shots of the activity on the island: vendors, a woman doing hand washing, monks walking on a pier by the water, a hut on stilts in the water, monks and other people walking in a tree-shaded lane. Sequence on a religious ceremony lead by the Coconut Religion founder Ong Dao Dua also known as the Coconut Monk; we see monks and other followers attending the ceremony.
