Various underground shots of miners drilling, lighting fuses, returning after explosion. Shot of man scaling to avoid danger from falling rocks. Shots of men pointing to network of rich silver ore, shoring up tunnel, loading diminutive rail carts and moving down tunnels at the controls of ore train. Brief shots of crushing operations, of transfer of ore by aerial cars to storage bins. Shot of men picking high grade ore from moving conveyor, treating fine grain iron ore for purpose of extracting metal. Shots of low grade ore being stored into bins, being crushed by battery of stamps. Various shots of stamps in operation, of concentrating tables removing coarse metals, of classifiers, of tube mill, crushing ore to a slime then cyanided in huge tanks, filtered in filter presses and dried to a damp mud. Shots of furnaces where silver is melted into bullions, weighed and stored into vaults.
