Various shots of journalists, photographers, cameramen attending and participating in press conference called by delegates of Inuit villages of James Bay to contest validity of agreement signed 11/11/1975 by government of Quebec, government of Canada, James Bay Energy Corporation, James Bay Development Corporation, Hydro-Québec, Grand Council of the Crees and Northern Quebec Inuit Association, and to have agreement and legislation passed by governments to ratify and implement it declared unconstitutional by instituting legal proceedings against federal and provincial governments.
