Several shots from different angles at Saint Margaret's Bay, Nova Scotia, of two men on a boat of the Canada Fisheries Services putting on their diving equipment, of them submerging and swimming at surface of water, of another man joining them in rowboat. Several underwater scenes in murky water of fishes and plants, of an anchor falling down in water with a diver taking it to ground level, of the diver swimming, of an instrument for scientific experimentation laying at bottom of the water with two divers working on it, of them making trips between bottom and surface with plant samples in big pockets, of some plaice and a lobster at bottom of the water, of diver swimming and taking samples of eel grass and sea urchins.
