The whole roll consists of several shots from different angles on a beach near Pondichéry of people (the majority are westerners) practicing Yoga with Guru Gitanenda in front of Bengale Gulf at sunrise to daylight, of yogists sitting on seashore letting waves run over them, of people swimming in sea, strong waves, of people on beach talking together and putting on clothes.
