The whole roll consists of several shots from different angles of delegates coming from twenty-four nations sitting in British Columbia legislative room for the 20th meeting of the consultative committee of the Colombo Plan, of Mitchell Sharp arriving and taking a seat, of cameramen filming and photographers taking pictures of him and of delegates, of delegates talking together, of men seated at front desks with one of them using a hammer to declare the meeting open, of people listening to the delegate from New-Zealand speaking, of Mitchell Sharp being elected as chairman, standing up and walking to his new seat at front desks, of him talking to the audience. Several CSs of delegates listening to him including one of the cameramen filming, of all the delegates standing up after is speech and leaving the room.
