WAS of ceremony greeting him. MSs of Allied tanks in the streets of Tokyo and crowds of Japanese watching them. HAS of procession of cars, Allied soldiers standing at attention on either side of the street. MacArthur gets of vehicle, delivers speech in square as the American flag is raised.
