Interior shots of the legislature, George Drew giving speech about the good work of his administration in setting the stage for economic expansion in the province, specifically in developing hydro resources, changing the power frequency. He also speaks of the need for financing for further projects and of the advisability of getting a new mandate from the people. He then announces an election for 07/06/1948.
