Piles of different vegetables spread out on the wet sidewalk are being moved around with a shovel or a pitchfork and handled by people. Many people are walking around or crowding in front of those that are being filmed. People are walking or cycling in the rain on a main thoroughfare lined with tall trees. The thoroughfare has an open market where various products (fish, vegetables) are being examined, weighed and sold. People are running through the rain towards a bus stop.
