VARIOUS SHOTS of the inauguration of young pioneers. Two groups of children, headed by five young children playing various percussion instruments and by flag-bearers, are marching in a park. Standing at attention, perfectly lined up, with their section head facing them, they salute with their right arm raised and slightly bent. Still in rows, they clap their hands to a rhythmic beat. A monitor faces them and reads a text during which everyone applauds. The young musicians begin marching again and pass in front of their fellow young pioneers, who repeat their salute.
