VARIOUS SHOTS of Quebec North Shore Paper Company paper rolls being loaded into the hold of the Canadian cargo ship, the Sir John Crosbie, owned by Chimo Lines, in the middle of winter at the Port of Baie-Comeau. Three rolls are being lowered with a crane into the hold of the ship where dockhands are packing them as compactly as possible, sometimes more satisfactorily than others. A damaged roll is removed by the crane. One of the workers guides the path of the crane by signaling with his hands. We see the ship at the wharf.
