VARIOUS SHOTS taken at Îles de la Madeleine (Magdalen Islands): two fisherman are at sea in their dory, they pull up a longline, to which snoods (branch lines) are attached, with baited hooks at their ends. They have caught various types of fish. While one fisherman unhooks the caught fish, pulling sharply on the snood, the other takes the freed snood and hook, rebaits it, and throws the line back in the water on the other side of the dory.
