VARIOUS SHOTS of Remembrance Day. Led by a sergeant-major wearing numerous decorations, a military band and men and women of all ages in kilts and dress uniforms of The Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiments) of Canada parade through the streets of Verdun. The band is followed by veterans from various regiments marching in step. Flag bearers are carrying flags that include those of Canada, Quebec, and the United Nations. Following the veterans are a cadet corps, with a number of civilians, including children, behind and beside them. A police car brings up the rear. At Parc du Souvenir, a number of veterans are standing at attention.
