VARIOUS SHOTS filmed in the dimly lit cellar of the cheese factory of the Trappist Monastery Our Lady of the Prairies in Holland, Manitoba. Brother Angelo, a novice of the order, moistens wheels of cheese made by the order, carefully stacked on shelves. In another part of the factory, he goes through various steps involved in preparing wheels of cheese. In the cellar, he gives each wheel of cheese on the shelves a quarter turn.
