Two women dressed in the height of 1925 fashion are met by another woman as they step off the train in Charlottetown and get into an automobile. Shot of car moving on tree lined avenue and arriving at a residence. The visitors are welcomed. Cut to them strolling in the garden with their hostess. Automobile moving through a park. Cut to sequence on unveiling of a monument to commemorate men of Prince Edward Island who died during the World War I. MS of the three statues of soldiers on the monument and shot of inscription. MS of the Beach Grove Hotel. Three shot of the above mentioned women arriving, strolling on grounds, petting a dog, relaxing in the shade, walking towards the beach. Fade to the home of the Lieutenant Governor. MS of ornamental fountain and statue and cut to the three women admiring blossoms. Sequence on firemen's parade, with glimpse of an old horse-drawn fire engine in parade. PAN from crowd to sulky races. LS of several sailboats in the bay and cut to man showing off on an aquaplane. Three or four shots of games on a pier on the waterfront. Exterior of Confederation Building, the three women arriving, entering and admiring a large plaque commemorating the 50th anniversary of Confederation. Final two shots of women driving away past camera.
