[Title: Cruising away Arctic Islands; remark: trip made by the MacPherson of Hudson Bay Company from Victoria to King William Island.] Various shots of the MacPherson at dock, loading up with provisions, and some for the inuits. Various shots of steamer cruising along the river and passing several inuit settlements of the Arctic Islands. Adsmunsden once owner of the schooner Maud (unsuccessful explorer) bought by Hudson Bay Company and now out of service. Various shots of Royal Canadian Mounted Police Building, rough sea few seals in sight and one was killed by two inuits. After the trip the MacPherson sails for her winter headquarter in the West.
